Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Who processes your data
I use a small number of service providers: Mailgun (email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments) and the hosting provider of this website. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept for up to two years after our last contact. Invoicing records are kept for as long as the law requires (currently seven years in Estonia). You can ask me to delete your data at any time, unless the law requires me to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello [at] andreaarcusa.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or the data protection authority in your country.
